Effective September 24, 2008, the sale transferred the rights to FNRES’ DPN suite of brokerage software tools to Lone Wolf. With the acquisition, the Lone Wolf Realty Management System and related products will be utilized by well over 5,000 real estate offices in Canada and the U.S., managing the financial activities of a real estate brokerage office through a fully-integrated, state-of-the-art system.
According to the company, for Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies, the purchase expands the privately-held company’s offerings to real estate brokerages for back office management technology.
