RISMEDIA, Oct. 6, 2008-Chase, one of the nation’s leading residential housing lenders, announced the opening of its second mortgage office in Boston’s South End, this one at 1313 Washington Street.
“We want to provide excellent mortgage expertise for home buyers and real estate professionals in this vibrant area,” said John Hopkins, the South End resident who manages the new office. “Our loan officers know the local market and have developed unique joint marketing programs for local Realtors and builders.”
Chase is celebrating the opening by inviting local real estate agents, closing attorneys and merchants to the branch at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, October 1. Refreshments will be served.
The new mortgage office will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and other times by appointment. Loan officers can be reached by calling 617-956-0665.
Hopkins will be based in the new Boston office along with senior loan officers, David Baldwin, Jay Houllahan and David Landry. All four were among the top mortgage-producing loan officers and Presidents Club Award recipients with their former employer.
