RISMEDIA, May 15, 2009-The Sorgente Group has announced the opening of the sales gallery for 34 Greene Street, an exclusive collection of eight full-floor condominiums housed in a combination of two historic cast-iron buildings on one of SoHo’s most charming blocks. Located at 150 Thompson Street, the sales office features a model of the 34 Greene Street kitchen designed by Schiffini, Italy’s premier cabinetry brand. The homes will have grand living rooms offering ample light from the nearly floor to ceiling windows, wide-plank solid wood floors and exposed brick.

Kitchens at 34 Greene Street will feature Italian-designed cabinetry by Schiffini, the latest Miele appliances, a steam oven and stainless steel exhaust hood, bar seating, Calacatta marble countertops and backsplashes. Baths are outfitted with a cast iron soaking tub, two person steam shower and a double undermount sink. The building’s penthouse suite features a wide open upper-level entry living room that attracts sunlight from the private terrace and exclusive private roof deck.
