RISMEDIA, September 11, 2009—This week’s headlines from the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS include: How to put REALTOR.com® to work for you and your agents, save up to 50% on select rentals from NAR’s REALTOR Benefits Program Partner, Budget, and attend the free REALTOR® Safety Webinar from NAR: Safety at Open Houses.
Put REALTOR.com® To Work for You and Your Agents
NAR has created a new online resource designed to help you leverage the free benefits you receive from REALTOR.com® – the real estate search site that consistently has the most visits, the most listings and the most up-to-date listings data. The site features the multitude of free services and support REALTOR.com® provides including tips on how to easily increase brand presence online, free online marketing training sessions, and more. Through September, members can download a free listings presentation – a perfect tool to illustrate the benefits of working with a REALTOR® whose listings appear on REALTOR.com®. Direct your agents to http://www.realtor.org.
Save up to 50% on Select Rentals from Budget
Renting a car from Budget, a REALTOR Benefits® Program Partner, is now more affordable than ever thanks to a special discount offer available to NAR Members. Now through March 31, 2010, members can save up to 50% at participating Budget locations. Restrictions apply so check the website for complete details and to get the required BCD code.
New Series of REALTOR® Safety Resources Keeps Safety Awareness Sharp
As part of an ongoing effort to keep safety top-of-mind all year, NAR has revamped its online resource for safety tips including presentation materials, a brief video, forms and more. Additionally, NAR will host free REALTOR® Safety Webinars each quarter led by safety expert Andrew Wooten. The first in the series, Safety at Open Houses, will be held during the 6th annual REALTOR® Safety Week next Monday, September 14 at 10am CDT. Advanced registration is recommended.
