RISMEDIA, April 14, 2010—Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, Inc., a Prudential Financial, Inc. company, announced the affiliation of Joyce Realty, an independent real estate brokerage. The company will operate as Prudential Joyce Realty serving the entire Hudson Valley region.

Kevin Joyce, Prudential Joyce Realty president, said he chose Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services for its international brand strength, technology advantages, extensive referral network and training support.

“Affiliating with a large and influential brand such as Prudential will provide us with additional marketing clout–people everywhere know and appreciate the Rock symbol and what it stands for,” Joyce explained. “Of course, we now have access to a significant array of resources that will help better serve customers and grow our business.”

Earl Lee, president of Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, welcomed Prudential Joyce Realty to the Network. “Kevin and his company work hard for their customers and have earned a solid reputation for service, innovation and sound business values. The combination of a strong local company aligned with a strong national brand will be difficult to beat in Rockland County.”

Prudential Joyce Realty is a leader in Rockland County’s real estate market, according to Joyce. Market share will grow, Joyce explained, as Prudential Joyce Realty sales professionals begin using Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services’ proprietary Online Advantage lead-generation and customer-contact systems. “These tools will help us gain efficiency and effectiveness, and they will allow us to provide our customers with real-time property information customers can’t get anywhere else.”

Joyce said his company, which boasts strong relocation operations, also will benefit from Prudential Real Estate’s significant relocation and referral networks. “We are now plugged into a network of the finest real estate brokers in the country,” he said. “In all, we believe our business possibilities are endless.”

Prudential Joyce Realty uses professional development as a competitive advantage in its marketplace. Joyce said his company will take training to new heights through Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services’ LearnCenter education portal, which provides professionals 24-hour access to a significant array of professional development opportunities and options. “Our industry changes constantly and very quickly,” Joyce said. “To be the best for our customers, we must continuously improve and perfect the way we do business.”

Joyce added that his company will launch an expansion campaign that will lead to additional jobs in real estate and related fields. “We plan to expand our brokerage when others in our market may be pulling back,” he said. “And, we are always looking for top real estate professionals to help our team grow.”
