RISMEDIA, April 26, 2010—Patricia (Pat) Mayer, of Diane Turton, Realtors–Sea Girt office has been notified by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) of the approval and award of NAR’s Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification. This is the newest of all NAR certifications.
According to the company, Mayer is one of a small group of New Jersey Association Realtors approved here in Monmouth County. This comprehensive training certification provides in-depth information on the many resources for distressed sellers for finance, tax and legal issues. Tools to qualify sellers for short sales, necessary documentation for short sale package, negotiation techniques dealing with lenders and skills to protect buyers when working with short sale and foreclosure transactions were included in the training.
She was also one of the first Realtors in Monmouth County to be GREEN REALTOR certified, helping sellers and buyers alike in the sale and purchase of their real estate investment. Both certifications are becoming more and more valuable to both the buyer and seller during these challenging times.
