RISMEDIA, June 16, 2010—Members of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (http://www.nahrep.org) and the Asian Real Estate Association of America (http://www.areaa.org) will meet for the 2010 Real Estate and Marketing Conference at the Bellagio Resort in Las Vegas on October 10-12. This is the single largest industry gathering of Hispanic and Asian real estate professionals that work with multicultural home buyers. The annual meeting “Advancing Market Recovery Through Diversity Solutions” will concentrate on REO sales, short sales, loss mitigation and supplier diversity issues that still continue to challenge the minority market.
Registration fees range from $299 for members to $399 for non members. The forum attracts leading Asian and Hispanic real estate professionals, corporate leaders, nationally recognized economists, lenders, servicers and asset managers for discussions on the state of the minority housing market and strategies for the current business environment. Leading foreclosure sales experts will also offer agents and brokers pointers on how to handle REO sales transactions and short sales, which constitute nearly 58% of all current residential real estate sales.
The event schedule will also include some of the top servicers in the industry and executives from Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Wells Fargo and Bank of America that will discuss foreclosure prevention efforts to help consumers and communities that have been impacted in the foreclosure crisis.
