RISMEDIA, August 6, 2010—Century 21 Real Estate LLC, the franchisor of one of the world’s largest residential real estate sales organizations, announced the appointment of Greg Sexton as senior vice president, brokerage services. A seasoned industry executive, Sexton will be responsible for managing the service levels for and establishing effective relationships with all of the Century 21 System’s U.S. affiliates while achieving production growth goals in a number of critical areas.
According to the company, Sexton has spent over a decade with Century 21’s parent company, Realogy Corporation. Earlier in his career, he served in a number of roles for Century 21, including franchise sales director and regional vice president, where he was responsible for the sale of real estate franchises and supported the growth of existing franchisees through the merger and acquisition of unaffiliated real estate companies.

In his most recent role within Realogy, Sexton served as senior vice president of operations for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate LLC and Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates where he oversaw the technology, learning, finance and administration departments for the organization. He also previously held the role of regional vice president for Coldwell Banker.
Sexton has received numerous awards in his leadership roles during his career with Realogy, including the Chairman’s Award for franchise sales in 2001 and 2002, and was named Regional Vice President of the Year in 2001, 2002 and 2003.
