Pro Step Marketing Announces Short Sale Decision Calc™

Pro Step Marketing, a leader in web strategy, real estate website design, IDX integration strategy and search engine optimization, has announced that they have developed additional lead generation tools for their existing Short Sale Marketing System that is built to increase engagement and lead capture.

“We want to help the REALTOR® work with sellers who need to look at options such as a short sale. The short sale system is combination of website strategy, offline marketing, online stealth advertising, social media marketing and even farming,” says Tricia Andreassen, President/CEO and founder of Pro Step Marketing. “Homeowners are trying to figure out what options are available and also seriously trying to run the numbers to see if they should stay in their home or do a short sale. Our Short Sale Decision Calc tool allows them to run a “Live” analysis so they can get an estimation of their home value and to see how long it may take to break even. The calculation tool allows for them to do it right online with their own privacy. In addition, they fill out the information and an automated email follow up campaign connects to them over time.”

According to the company, Pro Step Marketing’s Short Sale Marketing System involves a strategically focused blend of offline, web and social media pieces. “We also have included tools like the branded E-Book so that the real estate professional is positioned as the facilitator of the information. Their name is on the cover of the book and also on every single page. We want to make sure that the credibility is high so the seller knows they are the true expert,” comments Andreassen. Additional elements like website calls to action, email follow up strategy, classified ads, postcard farming strategic pieces, Facebook pages and wall post advertising strategies, and even Craigslist ads are all built with the mindset to drive web traffic. “I believe the secret is Interfusion Marketing,” says Andreassen. “Interfusion Marketing is the weaving and blending of website marketing, offline marketing and social media marketing so it creates a blended, cohesive marketing strategy.”
