Recently, the 101 year old Buffalo-based HUNT Real Estate ERA announced the acquisition of successful young real estate firm Turning Key Realty. Turning Key is owned and operated by industry-veteran Terri Kern, who has worked at HUNT previously, and the merge marries a successful team with an established brand and leading industry tools.
“Turning Key Realty was built utilizing some of the latest technologies available and shares the same core values as HUNT Real Estate ERA. Turning Key Realty’s success is due to the superior skills of the agents that make-up our office. They are the reason for our success and to reunite with an established firm like HUNT, with whom I am well-acquainted, I can offer them an additional set of services that will enable them to take their careers to the next level and serve their clients in new ways,” says Terri Kern.
HUNT is pleased to announce that Jonathan Orlow is being appointed to Broker Consultant for its Lewiston Branch, located on Center St. Orlow’s combined knowledge of the industry and his outstanding sales career will make him a valuable asset to the Lewiston team.
Jane Siefer, a 44 year industry veteran and a REALTOR® Emeritus, rejoins HUNT as part of this merge. Siefer was formerly with HUNT for over 18 years, and says she is thrilled to be working for them once again.
Colleen Kulikowski, recently named as a finalist for the Inman News People’s Choice for the 100 most Influential in the Real Estate Industry, brings a strong real estate background to the HUNT team. Kulikowski has been highly successful at growing her real estate career through her use of Social Media and Blogging.
In addition to remaining as the leader of her sales team at the East Amherst location, Terri Kern will become the Niagara Region Supervising Branch Leader for HUNT’s branch office locations in Wheatfield, Lockport and Lewiston.
“The opportunity to lead HUNT’s Niagara County team is very exciting for me personally. It’s not only an honor but a privilege and one I don’t take lightly. It’s a perfect fit and it’s great to be back!” says Kern.
Turning Key has 13 sales associates and a state-of-the-art facility at 4784 North French Road in East Amherst. HUNT will maintain the current Turning Key Realty location.
