Senior Management of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty announced the acquisition of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Desert Properties to expand the Coldwell Banker brand in southern Nevada.
The former Better Homes and Gardens Desert Properties (BH&G) office, located at The District in Henderson will integrate the majority of their sales associates into CBPR’s Henderson branch. Coldwell Banker Premier Realty already has over 200 sales associates in their three offices in the Las Vegas Valley. The Green Valley office at 10120 S. Eastern Avenue, Henderson with just over 60 sales associates is under the direction of Branch Manager and GLVAR activist, Devin Reiss.
BH&G owners, Rick Shelton and Tracy Ruck are established business leaders in the local industry. “Both Rick and Tracy are well respected for their business acumen and known for building relationships with REALTORS®. As CBPR moves into the next decade of innovation and growth, the Green Valley office will greatly benefit from the addition of these experienced and talented sales associates.” said Bob Hamrick, Chairman and CEO. Henderson, NV boasts some of the highest home sales prices in the Valley with prices up 17 percent year-over-year.
CBPR has served the Las Vegas valley for 30 years and will now increase their presence in the Green Valley area with residential products and services exclusive to the Coldwell Banker system.
“As a brokerage of the future, we believe our real estate technology and marketing tools revolutionize our global market reach. This expansion will have a tremendous impact on business growth in the coming years and demonstrates our confidence in the Southern Nevada’s real estate market. We believe people first, powered by technology, is our future,” says Hamrick.
During some of the toughest market challenges seen in several years, Hamrick is proud to state that the company has not downsized or made cuts in their payroll. Hamrick believes a business culture with a family focus is key to their company’s success and is reflected in CBPR’s high per agent productivity – twice the rate of their nearest competitor.
“Growth is essential in any business and we have been working with Coldwell Banker affiliated companies like Coldwell Banker Premier Realty when they are interested in merging with or acquiring competitors” says Budge Huskey, president and chief executive officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. “We wish Coldwell Banker Premier Realty current and future sales associates the best of luck.”
