In a move that will expand service to Houston’s rapidly growing international community, the International Division of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene has announced the formation of three Multicultural Advisory Groups (MAGS) that will specialize in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
According to the company, the Advisory Groups, comprised of agents with demonstrated international experience and expanded cultural education, will insure that the language and cultural needs of clients from other parts of the globe are addressed. The Advisory Group appointments parallel the announcement by the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate naming Houston as number four in the world for best places to invest in real estate. It was the first time Houston made the Top 5 Global Cities list.
“In 2012, foreign investment totaled $1.26 billion in Houston commercial property, up 32 percent over 2011. We expect that trend to continue. Insuring that inbound and outbound home buyers and sellers are serviced appropriately will send a message to the rest of the world that Houston is a financially sound city to invest in and an even better place to call home,” says Mark Woodroof, partner with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene.
