“We’re encouraging home sellers right now with the prospect of little seller competition, lots of buyer competition, and quick sales at list prices,” says DeBord. “Our listing presentations focus on the costs of carrying a listing in a slower market versus the savings of selling quickly in the current market and buying another home before interest rates rise.”
