The potty-mouthed radio host and “America’s Got Talent” judge recently planted roots in Palm Beach, Fla., purchasing a 19,000-square-foot home—scratch that, mansion—for an astounding $52 million. The home sits on over five acres and includes five bedrooms, as well as an abundance of bathrooms (12.5) and a 1,200-square-foot guesthouse. Oh, and did we mention the private beachfront access?
This behemoth was owned by New Hampshire textile magnate Martin Trust. According to property records and previous reports, the home also contains an elevator, a croquet lawn, garage parking for 23 cars and an annual tax bill of more than half a million bucks! Considering Stern signed a deal with SiriusXM for half a billion dollars and then joined one of the most popular summer talent shows on NBC…we doubt he’ll have any trouble paying the IRS.
Some of Stern’s new nearby neighbors include Rush Limbaugh, billionaire Nelson Peltz and Russian oligarch Dmitry Rybolovlev, who bought his ocean front spread for $95 million from Donald Trump. The addition of the polarizing, controversial radio host makes for an…interesting neighborhood.
From the looks of it, there’s plenty of privacy, something Stern usually seeks out when he’s off the air. The 59-year-old has been married to animal activist and TV host Beth Ostrosky for more than four years. The two also own homes in New York: a luxury apartment on Manhattan’s Upper West Side and a mansion in the Hamptons.
