EBCBOR CEO Laura Rubinfeld said, “The Community Service Committee and YPN spearheaded the “Tools for School” Initiative, demonstrating that local REALTORS® are committed to bettering the communities in which they live and work.”
The Bergen County YPN serves a growing group of career-minded real estate professionals who are active in community service, educated on the latest technology and industry practices, and connected to fellow REALTORS® and industry partners. Jacqueline Frank of Century 21 Gold Advantage, YPN Chair said “This year, YPN has become more involved in directly helping the residents of Bergen County. We encourage new REALTORS to become active in community service early in their careers and our relationship with the BVC is helping us find the organizations with the most need of our assistance.”
The EBCBOR Community Service committee plans outreach event and opportunities for its members monthly focusing on the important issues of shelter, food, clothing and education. Recently the committee organized the second annual “Dinner with REALTORS®,” feeding over 100 residents in need during the Bergen Family Promise’s Nightly Dinner Service Program.
