3. Expand Your Online Presence – Go beyond the traditional social media strategies. Find relocation forums (Google “USA expat forums”), consider writing guest posts for travel and retirement sites, write articles on industry sites, and engage with international real estate professionals through their social media sites.

The site already has your listings translated into 11 languages, and features currency and measurement conversion, so international buyers can now search listings in their preferred format. It also features listings from outside the U.S., increasing the visibility of the site around the world.
