Show, Don’t Tell
An important thing to think about with any post is “Are you telling something through words that you could show through visuals?” If the answer is yes, then you should switch it out with an image.

Photos receive two times more likes than text posts on Facebook, so always use a photo when possible and don’t over-complicate your message; let the picture do the talking for you.

You’ll want to illustrate your story and engage with users to build trust and create a lively online community. One of the best ways to do this is to run contests and provide giveaways. This will help you drive traffic back to your website and other social channels and humanize the brand image.

There’s more to Facebook than just posts and games, and it’s a smart idea to explore the site to see what else is available to help you and your brokerage grow.

One feature that not everyone knows about is Milestone, which is great for visual storytelling. Milestones allow you to add images of key moments from your page and they are automatically expanded to widescreen and visible to everyone visiting your page. It’s a great way to capture the history of your brand and you can also use it to show some of the properties that have been in your portfolio through the years.
