You’re invited to our Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate National Open House Weekend this Saturday and Sunday, March 29 and 30!
We’ve been promoting the BHGRE Open House Weekend with an advertising and social media effort designed to build awareness and drive traffic to all of our BHGRE open houses across the country. Our Clean Slate blog has been counting down the days, too, with an Open House Countdown series of tips, best practices, and checklists that you might find helpful. Take a look!
Part 1 focuses on the first important step of getting the word out there, and getting interested clients through the front door.
Before the house is opened to the potential customers, both you and the house must be prepared. Part 2 reviews how to prep the house, and yourself for this important meeting.
Part 3 focuses on several strategies you can use to establish the benefits of using a real estate agent, to close for appointments with interested buyers, and to be prepared to do business at the actual open house.
And last but not least, Part 4, a recap of the do’s and don’ts (or really, the don’ts and do’s) of running your open house on the day of.
It’s been an exciting lead-up to what’s going to be a fantastic weekend. We’ll see you out there!
