Not all social media sites are created equal and it’s important to natively tell your story on each platform correctly and understand the psychology of each.
For example, he says users of Facebook are keeping up with the world, their friends and brands they care about. Those engaging on Pinterest are looking at things they aspire to buy and may actually purchase (sort of like window shopping). Meanwhile, Instagram users are more artsy and an agent shouldn’t show a photo of a home’s exterior, opting instead to showcase a photo of the marble in the bathroom.
