Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS® Launches Digital Agent Resource Center (ARC)

RISMEDIA, September 19, 2014–Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®, the fifth-largest provider of brokerage and related services in the United States, launched a new digital Agent Resource Center (ARC). This comprehensive client relationship management system is equipped with marketing and productivity tools that sales associates frequently use to service their clients.

The Agent Resource Center, ARC, powered by Corelogic’s Agent Achieve, brings the agent’s sphere of influence, MLS listings and associated marketing materials together allowing them to be more proactive in building client relationships with all the information available in one place.

“Today’s real estate professional needs to have a management system to proactively stay in touch with their clients,” said Larry Flick IV, Chairman and CEO at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®. “We are providing ARC to all our associates at no charge and expect it to be a game changer for our company, helping sales associates maximize their business.”

ARC provides a seamless, integrated platform with the tools that the company’s agents use most frequently. “Our agents are bombarded with many marketing technology offerings that are disconnected,” remarks Joan Docktor, President at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®. “As adoption grows we expect ARC to recruit and retain the most successful sales associates.”

This vision has also included integrating with the MLS without the need to login again. According to Rajeev Sajja, VP, Digital Innovation at BHHS Fox & Roach, REALTORS®, some of the marketing programs available in ARC are customizable client marketing plans and Corelogic’s eProperty Watch, an agent-branded email service to homeowners that includes property valuation, neighborhood activity and local market trends. “We are also leveraging the ARC API’s to power apps (Open House iPad App) and tools such as Imprev’s digital marketing system. More such integrated tools are planned,” explains Sajja.
