Changing the Virtual Tour Paradym

Home Best Practices

Reading Time: 2 mins read

Online property tour pioneer VisualTour recently announced a new chapter in its service to real estate agents last week. After nearly three decades under the name VisualTour, the Knoxville, Tenn.-based company will show the world a new face as Paradym.

A fixture in the virtual tour space since 1996, the company parts with its product-based brand name in favor of a brand that reflects its drive to create tangible solutions for agents in the field.

“Our name has served us well and we won’t distance ourselves from the visual tour as a core offering,” says Paradym President Steven Jarrell. “But there’s nothing we’re prouder of than our culture and history of fully integrated customer care.”

Jarrell added, “Keeping with the promise of innovation, we are proud to offer the most comprehensive mobile marketing app for real estate agents that is on the market today. Our app not only sets us apart from competitors, but also sets our agents apart from their competition.”

The company’s core software solution, the VisualTour Marketing System, is evolving and growing with the transition as well. Continuing to offer its attractive suite of automated services, rich media creation tools and social media and lead management solutions, the system relaunches today as the Paradym Edge Platform.

“A seamless transition for current users was a huge priority,” stressed Wayde Wyatt, Paraydm’s Vice President of Products and Technology. “The new branding is not a departure but an affirmation of the real value we’ve been delivering through our platform for years.”

Paradym members will receive upgraded features and services with the transition, such as the much-anticipated video integration and YouTube distribution. “Integrated video scenes takes us into new territory tour-wise,” says Wyatt. “We’re not just talking about property tours anymore. Neighborhood tours, community event tours—this is the kind of personal-touch marketing that’s going to set our agents apart, especially online.”

For all the changes besetting today’s real estate industry, Paradym appears poised and ready for what’s next. “Paradym is a promise that we will continue to elevate industry standards,” says Jarrell. “We want to raise the bar on what you can expect from a real estate marketing service provider.”
