HomeSmart International recently hosted legendary real estate speaker and trainer Brian Buffini at the company’s system-wide special event in Phoenix, Ariz. Nearly 1,500 HomeSmart agents, brokers and affiliate partners attended the event, titled, “Key to Your Success” which was focused on providing agents with tools, knowledge and education to grow their real estate businesses by collectively leveraging the HomeSmart brand and Buffini and Company’s training engine, Peak Producers. The event also served as the official launch of a partnership between HomeSmart International and Buffini & Company wherein Peak Producers is being simultaneously launched across approximately 50 percent of the HomeSmart franchises in the United States.

As part of the partnership launch, HomeSmart franchises participated in a dedicated Mentor Certification class held by Buffini and Company. The HomeSmart franchising company also developed complementing materials which will coincide with the top quality Peak Producers® curriculum to provide HomeSmart agents with a comprehensive approach at building their businesses using both the Buffini and Company and HomeSmart systems simultaneously. Initial interest in the program from yesterday’s event shows a significant percentage of the agents in the HomeSmart International system will be leveraging the training right out of the gate in a series of classes which will take place consistently over the next several months.
