Long & Foster Real Estate Launches Moxi Engage

Long & Foster Real Estate recently announced that it will make Moxi Engage™ available to all its sales associates in the coming months. The leading customer relationship management (CRM) and productivity solution is part of the product suite from Moxi Works, the leading technology firm in which Long & Foster invested in September 2015.

“Moxi Engage is proven to help real estate agents grow their business and achieve success for themselves and their clients, and with such results, it was only natural for us to offer the system to our agents,” says Larry “Boomer” Foster and Gary Scott, presidents of Long & Foster Real Estate. “At Long & Foster, we’re dedicated to having the best equipped agents in the business, and providing our team with Moxi Engage enables us to achieve this objective and better support our associates in their daily lives.”

The Moxi Engage system makes agents’ lives easier by seamlessly integrating the various tools and sales processes they use every day into a single, easy-to-use interface. It works across devices such as phones and tablets, allowing agents to work from anywhere. Moxi Engage also greatly increases repeat and referral business by helping agents stay connected with their clients for life. For example, subscription offerings available through Moxi Engage, such as Neighborhood News and Just Listed or Just Sold announcements, allow agents to easily offer their clients valuable information and automatically stay in touch with their entire sphere of influence.

Moxi Engage is the second Moxi Works solution that Long & Foster is offering its agents. In 2014, the company launched Presentation PRO Powered by TouchCMA, a Moxi Works product also known as Moxi Present, across its over 220 sales offices. Since then, thousands of Long & Foster agents have been actively using Presentation PRO, and they’ve created over 33,000 interactive presentations in the solution. These presentations are used to showcase the various services Long & Foster offers would-be home buyers and sellers, as well as competitive informative like neighborhood comps and sales. Presentation PRO has been one of the most successful solutions at Long & Foster, and the company expects Moxi Engage will rank as high amongst its agents.
