Weichert Workforce Mobility Inc. recently received the highest service satisfaction ratings among the largest companies in its industry, according to the results of the Twelfth Annual Relocation Managers’ Survey—International Service Providers’ Performance.
Conducted by Trippel Survey & Research LLC, this survey is the only objective, industry-wide survey to rank the quality of international services provided by relocation management companies based upon evaluations collected from corporate mobility managers.
The survey asked 155 corporate mobility managers to rate the quality of international service received from their workforce mobility suppliers on a 10 point scale, with 10 being the highest. With an 8.45 ranking, Weichert achieved the highest service satisfaction score among the industry’s five largest companies, as well as the highest overall net satisfaction rating. All in all, Weichert’s service satisfaction score was higher than 11 of the 12 companies ranked.
More importantly, data aggregated from the past three years’ surveys reveals that Weichert has steadily improved its overall international service satisfaction ranking. In 2014, the company earned a 7.50 score, which it elevated to 8.30 in 2015 and 8.45 in 2016.
“We are honored to see that our colleagues’ commitment to delivering Legendary Service is not only resonating within our organization, but also among the corporate mobility managers who have rated our service quality highest among our industry’s largest suppliers,” says Dave Bencivengo, president of Weichert Workforce Mobility. “I am also inspired by the year-over-year improvement in our survey ranking. This is testament to the many innovations we have spearheaded on the international side – including our in-house AMS practice and wholly-owned global tax firm, Weichert Mobility Tax Services – as well as to the expertise and client-centric focus of our people.”
