American Home Shield has announced enhancements to its Real Estate Home Warranties designed to protect covered appliances and home systems during and after a real estate transaction. Feedback from real estate agents and brokers drove simplified pricing, application improvements and enhancements to the My Account PRO online portal.

Changes made in direct response to feedback from real estate professionals and include:
- Simplified plan pricing that is no longer based on the age of the home
- Easy-to-read coverage chart to make it easier for clients to review their coverage
- Updated repair and replacement costs to show what your clients would likely spend without a home warranty
- Seller coverage option, called out and clearly explained
Further enhancements to the My Account PRO portal also make it easier to enroll for warranties, manage warranty contracts and even order services on behalf of homeowners quickly and efficiently during the listing period.
