Wydler Brothers Real Estate recently announced that one of its own agents, Brittany Barsky Allison, has been awarded the honor of being in REALTOR Magazine’s “30 under 30” Class of 2016. This is a monumental achievement – largely because the field of applicants was stunningly strong.
Each May/June, REALTOR® Magazine features 30 rising young stars in the real estate industry. In determining who makes the 30 Under 30 list, they look for candidates who are successful in the real estate business and have demonstrated skill, success, creativity, and leadership in their careers. Several factors are considered—business success is just one. Community and professional leadership also are important factors. REALTOR® Magazine wants to ensure they have a diverse group of finalists in terms of business niches, gender, ethnic background, and geographic location. Finally, they look for compelling stories that bring to life innovative business strategies that have worked for agents or obstacles they’ve overcome.
It was only three years ago that Brittany embarked upon a career in Real Estate. She has quickly made a name for herself by working hard, delivering results, and providing first-class service to her clients. Brittany is an East Bethesda resident and DC native with an insider’s perspective on the various neighborhoods comprising our community. She has a B.S in Business Marketing from University of Delaware.
Brittany, along with her business partner, Elysia Casaday, recently formed the first team, the Casaday Allison Group, at Wydler Brothers Real Estate and sold over $37,000,000 together in 2015 and have closed over 500 successful transactions combined. Over the last three years, Elysia and Brittany have partnered many times, working hand in hand on many transactions and sharing similar clients, sales and sales techniques. Elysia and Brittany display the same drive and passion for real estate, customer service, and strong relationships with our clients.
