Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group Offers Branded Homesnap Pro Mobile App to Its Agents

Home Industry News

Reading Time: 2 mins read

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group announced that the Chicago real estate brokerage firm will now offer its agents a branded version of the Homesnap Pro app. The company is the first major brokerage in the Chicagoland market to introduce Homesnap as a branded solution for both agents and consumers. The app is a real estate search platform that enables people to explore homes online or on mobile devices. One of the most unique features of the app is that users can take a photo of any home and immediately access information about that home, such as whether or not it is for sale.

“Selecting Homesnap Pro as our mobile app was an easy decision,” says Nancy Nagy, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group. “We considered a number of different mobile app solutions, and Homesnap was the clear choice. In addition to features not found with other mobile apps, their reviews were significantly higher than those of competing services. For consumers, Homesnap provides a best-in-class real estate mobile app solution. For our agents, it offers easy accessibility to comprehensive real-time information, which is critical for busy brokers on the go. We are extremely pleased to be able to offer this to our agents to simplify how they work with their clients,” she adds.

Homesnap is powered by a specialized homes database that combines hundreds of disparate sources of data. It is available for download on both Android phones and iPhones, and users can also access it from their desktop computers. Information is updated constantly and ongoing improvements ensure user satisfaction, as well as a prominent position in the industry.

Additional appealing features of Homesnap for consumers include a school zone search with in-depth school metrics and the ability to look at property lines and aerial views. Users can also search properties that are for sale or for rent. For agents, additional tools exist, including an integration with ShowingTime, a program Realtors® frequently use to schedule showings.
