Engel & Völkers Wellesley, located at One Abbott Street in Wellesley Square, will provide services to buyers and sellers of properties in Wellesley, Weston and surrounding communities, including Dover, Sherborn, Natick, Needham and Wayland. The shop will be led by Dean Poritzky, Sharon Mendosa and Kevin Balboni, partners.
