Quicken Loans was once again ranked highest in client satisfaction for primary mortgage origination in J.D. Power’s 2016 Primary Mortgage Origination Satisfaction Study, the company recently announced. The ranking marks Quicken Loans’ seventh consecutive year at No. 1 in the study.

Quicken Loans scored highest overall in four categories in the study: application/approvals process; client interaction; client onboarding; and loan closing. The company was also ranked by J.D. Power highest in client satisfaction among home loan servicers earlier this year for the third consecutive year—which, combined with its latest ranking, places it at the top ten times in the past seven years.
The study also reported faster closing times among clients, especially younger sets, who used Rocket Mortgage, Quicken Loans’ online, on-demand mortgage offering.
