If you’re a top performer at CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Co., you know to keep your passport up to date.
Each year for the last 11, the real estate and related services company has picked up the tab for a trip to paradise for team members who meet their goals, and they get to bring along their special someone.
This year, 96 Judge Fiters and their guests spent five days and four nights frolicking at an all-inclusive resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
“The No. 1 perk is our annual Passport to Paradise trip to exotic destinations,” says Jim Fite, president and CEO. “We have already booked next year’s trip to Panama City, Panama.”
Employees and agents vaulted Judge Fite to our No. 3 spot among large companies. The full-service residential and commercial real estate brokerage, founded in 1937, also won our special award for best direction, with employees giving two thumbs up to the statement: “I believe this company is going in the right direction.”
One employee says Judge Fite is “expanding into areas that we have dreamed of to become a one-stop shop for real estate services.”
“I love the direction and stance we take with the Cowboys. I also like that we are always looking to expand,” another says, referring to the fact that Judge Fite is the official real estate company of the NFL team.
The company is in growth mode and plans to add 300 people in the year ahead. And they’ll be a diverse crew, Fite says. “Our culture statement says it all: ‘CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Co. is a diversified group of people who work together like a family and operate like a business.’ Hiring to our community makeup of diversity has been in our recruiting goals for over 30 years, long before it was the popular thing to do.”
