Engel & Völkers North America has strengthened its presence in Vail Valley, Colo., with the addition of a new shop in Beaver Creek, the brokerage’s fifth location in Colorado, the company recently announced. Engel & Völkers Vail Beaver Creek will provide services to buyers and sellers of properties in Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead. The shop will be led by Josh Lautenberg and Tyra Rudrud, license partners, as well as Kristina Bruce, managing broker, and Mike Seguin.
“Buyer interest in the Vail Valley continues to grow, both from a domestic and international perspective, and this is a strong addition to the many resort markets in which Engel & Völkers thrives,” says Anthony Hitt, CEO of Engel & Völkers North America. “With a proven record of success and deep local knowledge of the Vail and Beaver Creek markets, Josh, Tyra, Kristina, and Mike are the perfect partners to lead the expansion of Engel & Völkers’ presence in the area.”
“What people may not realize is that Beaver Creek is not a winter-only tourist destination,” says Lautenberg. “What makes our market truly unique is the combination of permanent and part-time residents that are attracted to the area for the variety of properties and lifestyles the Vail Valley offers its residents. Buyers have the options to ski from their front door or live on a ranch near the Colorado River. As we continue to see global real estate investment pour into the market, we continue to grow with Engel & Völkers and benefit from its extensive global network and impressive international reputation.”
