ERA Real Estate has expanded its Texas presence with a new affiliation, the company recently announced. Plano, Texas-based DFW iRealty, led by Daniel C. Eng, Kelley Liu and Trang Dang-Le, will now operate as ERA iRealty.
“As a relatively young firm, we see tremendous value in ERA’s systems, tools and technology to enhance productivity of our existing sales associates and help us recruit new sales associates,” says Eng, a past president of the Dallas-Fort Worth chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA). “As we looked at our 10-year plan and how we would fulfill our promise to agents, we knew that aligning with a forward-facing brand known for its legacy of innovation would support our vision.”
“With a firm position in the Asian-American market segment, we see great opportunity to expand our service to additional clients in the first-time, move-up, luxury and relocation segments to fuel growth in the coming years,” says Liu. “Our goal is to grow, and we look forward to becoming part of ERA’s collaborative culture where we can all grow together.”
“To date, much of our business has come through referrals and part of our growth strategy is to focus on acquiring listings,” says Trang Dang-Le. “ERA’s robust marketing suite will play a key role in assisting our sales associates in building their business by representing sellers as well as buyers.”
“The iRealty leadership team’s founding vision to leverage technology to enhance the productivity of a younger cadre of real estate professionals not only aligns with today’s connected consumer, it also aligns perfectly with ERA’s strategic approach to growth,” says Sue Yannaccone, president and CEO of ERA Real Estate. “We are excited to tap into iRealty’s connections to the Asian market domestically as well as their international client base and expand ERA’s service area to this growing market segment.”
