Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Paracle, based in Fort Mill, S.C., has announced a merger with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Go Realty in Raleigh, N.C., adding more than 150 agents and three offices, and bolstering its market presence in the state. Paracle already has two offices in Charlotte, N.C. Each brokerage will maintain its name.
“We feel strongly that real estate is more than a simple transaction, and the fact that Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Go Realty mirrored our relationship-focused values and cultural commitment to concierge-level service made the decision to align with them an easy one,” says Tony Hanson, co-owner and broker, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Paracle. “We are truly excited to leverage increased resources and the benefits of partnering with the only true lifestyle brand in real estate to expand our impact and capitalize on the tremendous growth prospects of both the Charlotte and Raleigh real estate markets.”
“Unlike other ventures that are completed based simply on timing or location, these two brokerages are coming together in perfect harmony, sharing a collective business vision supported by a client-focused, goals-oriented culture that embodies the spirit of the entire Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate franchise network,” says Sherry Chris, president and CEO, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. “We look forward to supporting them in improving the real estate experience and driving success in two of the most vibrant markets in the country.”
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Paracle is led by Chris Cramer, Lucas Mudrey and Hanson. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Go Realty is led by Jim Garman.
