ACE will email you if there’s an issue posting to your social media. Generally, this indicates the connection between ACE and your social media site(s) has been lost. This can happen if:
- You changed your password to your social media site(s); or
- A connection has expired (Facebook requires you to renew your connection every 90 days, and LinkedIn requires you to renew your connection every 60 days).
To fix the issue:
If not already done, please login to ACE.
Look to the right side of the Dashboard in the Social Media Connections area. If there was an issue posting to your social media, a red status message will appear under the social media icon which had the problem. (Example, “Broken” or “No Pages“.) Click the red status message and follow steps to reconnect.
