Chicago-based @properties is expanding beyond the Midwest through a new partnership with Ansley Atlanta Real Estate, one of the fastest-growing, independent brokerage firms in the Atlanta metro area. @properties Co-Founders Thad Wong and Mike Golden and Ansley Atlanta Founder and CEO Bonneau Ansley made the announcement.
The partnership will give Ansley Atlanta agents access to pl@tform™, the proprietary suite of end-to-end brokerage technology applications developed by @properties that includes marketing, CRM and transaction-management tools. Ansley also will gain access to @properties’ relocation and referral services, and training and coaching resources, including an exclusive relationship with the Ninja Selling program. Ansley will also join @properties as a member in Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, the largest global network of independent real estate firms, and Luxury Portfolio International®, the luxury-home marketing division of LeadingRE.
Meanwhile, @properties is expanding its reach beyond the Midwest with its first venture since announcing last year that it was seeking opportunities to offer pl@tform™ to other independent brokerage firms outside of @properties’ principal markets.
In addition to Ansley Atlanta Real Estate, @properties will enter into a partnership with Ansley Developer Services (ADS), an affiliated company specializing in new-construction sales and marketing. As with the @properties-Ansley Atlanta partnership, the ADS management team of Nick Cassini, Dimitri Cassini, David Tufts and Ansley will continue to own and operate ADS while tapping into additional network and marketing resources through @properties Developer Services.
