Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC announced this week that RE/MAX Registry, a firm serving Temecula Valley, Calif., is the newest member of its franchise network. The firm will now do business as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Registry.

According to the company, owners Philip Valdez and Robert Veeder, who have a combined 29 years of real estate experience, opened their brokerage in 2014.

Now as a part of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate network, Veeder is excited to leverage the position as a premier lifestyle brand to enhance the personal relationships with clients that have driven the brokerage’s success, he stated.

“We are thrilled to align with a brand that recognizes how important it is to embrace the sense of pride and community that makes Temecula Valley so special,” Veeder said. “Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate offers us the seamless blend of lifestyle and real estate needed to enhance our capabilities, deepen our footprint in the community and create the relationships necessary to progress toward our goals.”

Beyond the heightened brand recognition, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Registry affiliated agents are eager to capitalize on the brand’s extensive technology tools, marketing resources and learning programs including its predictive marketing tool available exclusively to the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate network through the brand’s affiliation with the Better Homes and Gardens® brand.

“As a lifestyle brand, we look beyond simple home transactions to help our affiliated brokers become integral parts of their communities,” said Sherry Chris, president and CEO of BHGRE. “It was evident from our first meeting with Robert that he understands how valuable building relationships is to real estate and is a testament to the level of attention and guidance they offer the home buyers and sellers they serve. We look forward to supporting their continued growth and development to reach new heights in Southern California.”

Centrally located between San Diego and Los Angeles, Temecula Valley is an affordable alternative to coastal cities, attracting a wide variety of homebuyers with its tight-knit community and convenient proximity to the wineries, beaches and deserts that shape Southern California’s unique culture, the company stated.
