Title Resources, a member of the Title Resource Group (TRG) and Realogy family of companies, has further strengthened its management team with the promotion of Lynn Stillman to senior vice president, regional manager. In her new role, Stillman will focus on growing and supporting TRG’s extensive family of title agents in Texas, as well as expanding the company’s footprint in Louisiana and Oklahoma.

A 12-year veteran of the title industry, Stillman joined Title Resources in 2018 as Texas Underwriting Counsel, bringing extensive experience handling regulatory, compliance and corporate matters relating to title insurance and real estate. In addition to supporting title agents, her background includes supporting closing operations, training and education for employees and real estate agents.

Stillman’s promotion follows the recent addition of Morton “Mo” Manassaram as senior vice president, Southeast regional manager, and Alan Hall as director, Commercial Channel. These key leadership moves reflect another quarter of growth and a solid first half of 2019 for Title Resources, which has seen growth in gross premiums written outpace the industry by 8.4 percent year-to-date, according to data from the American Land Title Association Q2 Market Share Report.

At TRG, Stillman will be supported by a strong team of Texas Underwriting Counsel and lead the Agency Team formerly managed by Jason Bragg.

“Lynn is an outstanding addition to our leadership team. Her diverse title industry experience and strong credentials will serve our agents and clients extremely well,” says Scott McCall, president and CEO of Title Resources. “At the same time, we thank Jason Bragg for the tremendous job he has done the last seven years growing our position as one of the largest underwriters in Texas. We wish him the best in his new position with a well-respected client and look forward to working with him as a customer.”

Stillman is an active member of the Texas Land Title Association (TLTA), serving on the Regulatory, Legal Institute and Cyber-Fraud Committees, and an alumna of the TLTA’s Alex H. Halff Leadership Academy. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and her Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from Michigan State University College of Law. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2006.
