Prior to showings, tackle these cleaning tasks…
In bedrooms, remake beds, put away clothes, dust furniture, and vacuum by starting at the far side of the room and ending at the door.
In bathrooms, clean the toilet, wipe mirrors, wash the sink, wipe the shower/tub area, and mop the floor.
In living and dining rooms, remove clutter, dust all surfaces, use glass cleaner where appropriate, and vacuum any carpeting or rugs.
In the kitchen, clean counters and cabinets, wipe appliances, load dishes, mop the floor and take out the garbage.
