Fathom Realty recently announced three new district directors to its leadership team.
Deborah (Deb) Woodard
District Director: N.E. Columbus, Ohio
Woodard has been a licensed broker and real estate agent for 17 years and in the real estate industry since she was just 17 years old. Woodard is also an adjunct instructor for Columbus State Community College where she teaches pre-licensing classes, including real estate principles and practices, real estate finance, and real estate law. She has been teaching there since 2016. Since 2014, she has been in real estate leadership as a branch manager, managing broker and principal broker, growing her agent base from 200 agents to 500 agents.
Ginger Allen
District Director: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Allen started her real estate career in 2016. After quickly becoming a successful salesperson she opened and co-managed a local brokerage, growing it to more than 50 agents. Born and raised in Texas, Allen has more than 20 years in telecom, insurance and pharmacy benefits management combined with 23 years as a military spouse.
Dawn Kuster
District Director: Colorado Springs, Colorado
In 2016, Kuster decided to take her passion to serve others into the field of real estate. She has since become a strong producing agent and earned additional certification including, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). Kuster is excited to bring her 15-plus years of experience in leadership and business development to Fathom Realty as a district director.
