As a senior wishing to sell a commercial building I have owned for over 30 years in Tacoma, WA can you give me any suggestions on how best to market it? I have sold several other properties myself, but it seems the commercial FISBO market has changed significantly since the last property I sold over 10 years ago. What are the best current strategies?
