For independent MLSs, opting into the National Association of REALTORS®’ (NAR) settlement was a tough decision, and potentially costly. But for those who did, the hope—and expectation—was that they would be free of the uncertainty, cost and stress of commission litigation.
No one addressing that many buyers are demanding commission( 50% )back from the agents as form of kick backs . If the agent denies rebating then they go next agent insearch of who is willing to pay them as a form of brokers rebate. Is it not impeding the professionalism of the industry?
