A recent lawsuit filed in Louisiana is taking direct aim at the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the Louisiana REALTORS® Association and several local groups, alleging antitrust violations, discriminatory practices and restrictive tying arrangements.
I love this article. I am the plaintiff in the Louisiana case and I am posting updates and articles on my facebook page. Can I print this article out to post on there or do I have to just put the link.

Great article. Finally exposing association overreach. Our local real estate association takes it a step further by making it impossible to be a residential real estate agent unless one becomes a “Realtor” just to open the common Supra Electronic Lockboxes to show homes.
Take them to task this is our industry and the irony is that the pattern is the ones who do the most are not even real estate professionals! They are paid staff members that our dues pay for..
