Century 21 Real Estate LLC. has announced it is expanding its presence to central Utah with its latest affiliation of female-led Sanpete Valley Realty based in Ephraim.
The firm, now doing business as CENTURY 21 Essentials Realty, was founded in 1983 by Theresa Alder, the mother of the current principal broker, Tiffany Alder-Bown, the company noted. Tiffany graduated from Snow College and Southern Utah University before joining the family business in 2006. Seven years later, Tiffany obtained her broker’s license and began transitioning into a leadership role alongside her mother, before fully taking over the firm, the release stated.
Tiffany plans to quickly implement the CENTURY 21 brand’s robust technology stack and introduce a more formalized onboarding process that will provide her with more bandwidth to focus on company growth, she said.
“I grew up in and around the real estate industry, so I love being on the ground floor of the day-to-day activities,” said Alder-Brown. “However, I realize that in order for the firm to grow, I need to start taking on more of a mentor and office manager role, which I can only do with more streamlined tools and processes than what we currently have. The CENTURY 21 ® brand can provide exactly that. With the assistance of the brand, we now have easier access to a more sustainable business model that will allow me to commit further to our clients, our independent sales professionals and the growth of our company.”
Ephraim is a small-town community defined by its connection to the nearby Manti-La National Forest and the two nearby universities. Located just under two hours south of Salt Lake City, Ephraim itself offers a quiet, suburban feel with a cost of living well below the national average, the release noted. The area’s affordability, and ample access to outdoor recreation makes it an attractive destination for potential homebuyers looking for a slower-paced, yet vibrant lifestyle, the company noted.
“Century 21 Real Estate is a name that can be recognized by any generation of real estate professional, which makes it extra special when we get to support a family- owned business with roots that go back almost as far as our own,” said Mike Miedler, president and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate LLC. “Tiffany has done an excellent job at transitioning her mother’s company into the modern era of real estate and her decision to affiliate is just the latest move she’s made to continue driving the company forward. We can’t wait to provide Tiffany and her independent sales professionals with the latest industry tools and technology to help her tackle new goals and reach new heights.”
