The Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) celebrated its first year anniversary of the CRS Qualified Consumer Leads Program. CRS partnered with real estate referral service, ReferralExchange, to offer the program beginning last September to all CRS Designees.
CRS agents have been pleased with the CRS Qualified Leads Program’s capabilities, which provide consumer leads that have been pre-qualified exclusively for CRS Designees. The service uses a combination of technology and personal service that connects qualified clients with CRS agents who best fit their needs. Over 3,700 CRS designees have enrolled and nearly $250M in home value has been sold/purchased by CRS agents directly through the program.
“I closed five or six deals using the CRS Qualified Leads Program,” says Patrick Lilly, CRS, a broker associate with CORE in New York City. “I get leads twice a month and I land about half. Sixty-five percent are listed at more than $1 million and I’ve had several priced at more than $2 million.”
The CRS Qualified Consumer Leads program delivers pre-qualified buyer and seller leads to CRS Designees using a combination of advanced technology and personal service that connects qualified prospective clients with CRS agents who best fit their needs. It is offered as a benefit of CRS membership for all CRS Designees living in the U.S.
“Our CRS agents are always looking for quality lead sources,” says Lana Vukovljak, CEO of CRS. “This partnership has given our CRS Designees an enhanced benefit in driving more qualified prospect directly to them, and assisting consumers in identifying the best agent to meet their needs.”
“It’s an honor to work with CRS to provide consumers with a great real estate experience,” adds ReferralExchange CEO Scott Olsen. “We are very pleased with the success of the program and look forward to our continued partnership.”
