The shop’s grand opening celebration began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Engel & Völkers representatives and local officials, followed by a cocktail hour featuring speeches from special guests, including Jim Lane, Mayor of Scottsdale, Nikki Groff, chief marketing and business officer of Wallick & Volk, and Jacob Stepan, executive vice president of Expansion for Engel & Völkers North America, as well as Wilken and Nathan.
“The official opening of the shop comes at a time when the real estate market has demonstrated a much larger international presence in Scottsdale, especially as more clientele relocate to the area from across the globe,” Wilken says.
