Engel & Völkers North America recently opened shop in Baton Rouge, La., marking its official launch with a grand opening celebration, the firm announced. Engel & Völkers Baton Rouge, located at 4874 Bluebonnet Blvd., will provide services for buyers and sellers of properties in Baton Rouge and its surrounding parishes. The shop will be led by owner Jerry del Rio.

The shop’s grand opening celebration began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by top Engel & Völkers representatives, Jerry del Rio and Mayor Kip Holden, followed by a cocktail hour featuring speeches from special guests, including Hitt, del Rio and representatives from the Special Olympics, cause marketing partner of Engel & Völkers North America.
