Watson Realty Corp. has merged All Florida Realty, bringing its agent count to more than 1,500 and office count to 52, the company recently announced. All Florida Realty Broker/Owner David Bessette and COO Kathy Pass will join Watson as members of its management team.
“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to merge All Florida Realty Property Management, Real Estate Sales and Real Estate School into the Watson Realty Corp. network of offices,” says William A. Watson, Jr., chairman of the board of Watson Realty Corp.
“We are excited to have David Bessette’s All Florida Realty group and its family of services join with Watson Realty and its Family of Services,” says Wendell Davis, executive vice president of the Property Management division of Watson Realty Corp. “The expansion of Watson Realty’s footprint southward down Florida’s East Coast allows us to deliver our culture of Legendary Customer Service to more Florida residents.”
“Many years ago, when we were entering the field of real estate sales, property management and general business operations, my wife Pam and I looked around to see who our competition was to determine how to set up our own business,” says Bessette. “Mr. Watson and Watson Realty became our model of what a successful real estate operation should look like. Our merger with Watson Realty Corp. will take us all to a new level, and, more importantly, we will remain viable in each of our marketplaces and continue providing quality services to our customers, agents and employees.”
Watson Realty Corp. has also acquired Florida Insurance Concepts and Pinnacle Association Management as a result of the merger.
