Moxi Works has added yet another partner to their ever-growing open platform. iTOUR lets real estate agents create and edit videos, and through their partnership with Facebook, makes it easy for agents to reach their target audience.
Now with the help of iTOUR, agents can create visually compelling short videos and push them straight to Facebook all with one app. Perks like iTOUR’s optimized social schedule allows you to push and boost posts based on the most optimal time of day.
Mike McHenry, VP of Channels and Partnerships said, “iTOUR Media is another great Moxi partner that’s taking advantage of our open platform. An agent can easily promote their listings on Facebook and their other social media accounts fully managed by the iTOUR team. It’s a simple button click to start and the ‘boost’ really works for agent branding and property promotion.”
iTOUR has many different options available for agents depending on where they currently are with their social media channels. Agents can have experienced social content editors from iTOUR create and manage their account, as well as connect other social accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, or LinkedIn.
Their partnership with Facebook allows for social advertising via the Facebook Ad account and analytics through Facebook Insights, as well as through their API. The integration between iTOUR and Moxi Works will include Moxi Present, giving agents the ability to add the iTOUR home tour in their presentations.
Mo Moses, CEO of iTOUR said, “In today’s market, having a video of a home is so important… but what you do with that video is really what’s crucial! At iTOUR, we’ve developed an incredibly effective, yet easy to use platform called SOCIAL BOOST that takes the tediousness and guesswork out of video creation and social distribution. It doesn’t get much easier than automated!”
Videos are a crucial part to real estate marketing. Often the quality of a home’s photos and videos are what sell it to those living abroad and bring the locals to open houses. On their site, iTOUR poses the question, “Why videos?” Apparently 80 percent of the worlds internet traffic will be video by 2019. (Cisco, 2015)
