Quicken Loans has been named No. 1 for client satisfaction in mortgage origination by J.D. Power for the eighth year in a row, the company recently announced. Quicken Loans was ranked No. 1 out of more than 50,000 mortgage originators.
The company also finished first in nearly every category, including: Loan Offerings; Website Satisfaction; Application/Approvals Process; Loan Closing; and Client Onboarding.
“Our company is defined by our obsessive commitment to client service,” says Dan Gilbert, chairman and founder of Quicken Loans. “Every inch matters to us. Every second counts to all of our team members who are singularly focused on delivering our clients the best experience they could possibly imagine when closing on what typically is the biggest financial transaction in their lifetimes.”
“Quicken Loans is constantly setting the bar for the industry when it comes to both innovation and client service,” says Jay Farner, CEO of Quicken Loans. “There is no doubt that both are essential for creating the home loan experience that has led to our continued success. We are fanatical about investing our time and resources into technology that enables us to provide the best mortgage process in the nation. We are proud that we have ranked No. 1 in the country for eight years running and that speaks volumes to our thousands of caring team members, as well as our millions of clients, who trust us with financing their homes.”
Ninety-four percent of clients surveyed by J.D. Power stated Quicken Loans team members always called back when promised, compared to an industry average of 88 percent. Additionally, 90 percent of Quicken Loans clients who responded to the survey said they were provided status updates throughout the entire process from application to closing.
The company was named the No. 1 mortgage servicer by J.D. Power for the fourth year in a row earlier this year, totaling 12 No. 1 rankings by J.D. Power, the most of any mortgage lender in the history of the report.
