Executives from RE/MAX, LLC are hitting the road for a 44-city speaking tour throughout the U.S. and Canada, the company recently announced. Headlining 13 locations are RE/MAX Co-CEOs Dave Liniger and Adam Contos, who developed the Profit/Ability tour to outline critical strategies RE/MAX franchise owners can use to recruit and retain agents, grow operations and build thriving businesses.
RE/MAX President Geoff Lewis and Executive Vice President of Business and Product Strategy Pete Crowe presented the first session in Salt Lake City on Nov. 27. The tour will conclude in Las Vegas at the RE/MAX R4 International Convention on Feb. 25, and will visit major markets along the way, including: Orlando, Fla.; Seattle, Wash.; Toronto, ON; and Vancouver, BC.
“We want to capitalize on our tremendous momentum and help broker/owners leverage our commanding share of voice to boost recruiting efforts and agent productivity,” says Contos. “We’ve done tours like this throughout our history knowing that nothing replaces face-to-face training and education sessions with the best broker/owners in the business.”
“Helping our offices ‘lead for profitability’ is important,” says Liniger. “Greater office revenue drives enhanced services and benefits for our agents. In turn, those agents are able to deliver even better service to buyers and sellers. It’s a virtuous cycle that benefits everyone.”
The Profit/Ability tour is free to RE/MAX franchise owners, and, in many cities, will feature a morning session with RE/MAX executives followed by an afternoon of workshops and roundtables.
